How it works
Take a photo
Take a photo of one receipt, or lay several side by side and take one photo. If you already have a photo, you pick it from your gallery.
The app reads it
Date, shop and amount are read in, along with VAT, net amount, currency and a category. If the receipt cannot be read, the app asks you to take the photo again.
Check marked entries
If something was hard to read, the entry is marked. You correct figures and the category yourself.
Share the spreadsheet
Choose a period and share the expenses as Excel or CSV from your phone, for example with your accountant.

What does it cost to read in receipts?
Receipts are free for up to 2 properties, and you do not pay per receipt. Gjestemeldinger costs 299 kr a month per property, with the guest guide and receipts for that property.
What does the app read from the receipt?
Date, shop, amount, VAT, net amount, currency and a category. You can change the category.
What if the app reads it wrong?
Then you correct it yourself in the entry. If something was hard to read, the entry is marked, so you can see which ones need a look. If the photo is too poor, the app asks for a new one.
How long are the receipt photos kept?
The photo stays with the entry until you delete the entry. You can open it whenever you like.
How does my accountant get the figures?
You choose a period and share it as Excel or CSV from your phone, for example by email. The app is not connected to any accounting software.
Can I deduct the expenses from my tax?
That depends on how your letting is taxed. We do not give tax advice, so ask your accountant.
