Replies to your guests, based on what you have told us about your home. By default we look over each reply before it is sent, and you decide how much you want to approve yourself.
Trip recommendations from Love Northern Lights are on by default, and you get a share of the commission. You can turn them off.

Can I use both Digital and Komplett forvaltning?
No. For a property you choose one or the other. With Digital you run your rental yourself with our tools. With Komplett forvaltning we run it for you. Anyone can use Bestill vask, without a subscription.
What is included in the 14 free days?
All of Gjestemeldinger, 5 checks with Vaskesjekk, and the guest guide and receipts without limits. No card, no commitment, and you can cancel any time. Flere kanaler og prisstyring is not included.
What happens after 14 days?
You choose what to keep. Receipts and the guest guide are free for up to 2 properties. Gjestemeldinger costs 299 kr a month per property, with the guest guide and receipts for that property. Vaskesjekk costs 89 kr a check. Nothing turns into a paid plan without your yes.
Does anyone read the replies before they are sent?
By default we look over each reply before it is sent, and you decide how much you want to approve yourself. If a fact about the home is missing, we ask you instead of guessing.
Do I have to give up my Airbnb listing?
No. You own the listing. For Gjestemeldinger you add us as a co-host on your listing. Vaskesjekk only needs access to the calendar.
How are the percentages calculated?
The 16 % for Komplett forvaltning and the 10 % for Flere kanaler og prisstyring are taken on net rental income from all channels, Airbnb included, after the platforms’ own fees. Bed linen, towels and supplies are included in the 16 %. Cleaning is billed on top.
When does Flere kanaler og prisstyring arrive?
It is coming soon, and you can sign up now. When it is ready, you see it in the portal and start the set-up yourself. It never starts without your yes.
What does a clean cost?
The price depends on the home. You choose the type of home and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and upload photos. Then you get an approximate price. The final price, agreement and payment link arrive by email.
How long are Vaskesjekk photos kept?
Photos are kept while your account is active. They are deleted 30 days after the account is closed or deleted.
How do I cancel?
Digital has no commitment, and you can cancel any time. Komplett forvaltning has 30 days’ notice. Write to hei@ishavsverten.no if you need help.
