You decide how replies are sent: approve each reply, let them go after a timer unless you stop them, or let them go automatically. If a fact about the home is missing, we ask you instead of guessing.

The first 14 days are free, with no card. After that Gjestemeldinger costs 299 kr a month per property, with the guest guide and receipts for that property. You can also pay a year at a time: 2990 kr for 12 months, paid up front. The yearly subscription renews automatically until you turn off renewal. Nothing turns into a paid plan without your yes.

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront at a discounted rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time, in the portal, by email to hei@ishavsverten.no or by phone on +47 902 18 114, and we do not ask for a reason. If you choose to end your subscription before the annual period expires, we will calculate the cost of the subscription period already used at our regular monthly rate per started month, without the annual discount. We will refund the remaining balance of your original annual payment, if any, within 14 days and without fees. You will never be charged more than your original annual payment when cancelling early. Alternatively, you may turn off automatic renewal and continue using the service until the end of your prepaid subscription period.
